HMR/hot reload/normal dev server page refresh not working

--inbox didn’t worked for me. So I only did wsl --update on a powershell admin.

On apt install/remove, seeing errors about libcuda

If you’re seeing “/sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/lib/wsl/lib/libcuda.so.1 is not a symbolic link” on apt install/remove, follow this https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/issues/5548#issuecomment-912495487.
